DIRECTIONS: Mix 3 scoops (included) of powder with 200ml of skim milk or water. Shake well. Try blending PURE Whey Protein with yogurt, fruit & berries to make a delicious smoothie.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 - 3 servings per day depending on your diet and activity level. Use 60 – 90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. Also great for a morning or afternoon snack, or when additional protein is needed in your diet.

How Much & When?

For Day to Day

It's important to spread out your protein intake throughout the day to ensure your consistently supplying your body with the goods (aka amino acids required to do the jobs needed). Aim to include ~15-20g of protein into snacks and ~20-40g of protein into main meals each day. Remember more is not always better, our bodies have limited capacity to digest and utilise protein.

For Recovery

When it comes to recovery the aim is to stop the body breaking down muscle so it can begin the repair process. The first step is to refuel within 30 minutes of exercise so your body can get the nutrients on board to do the job. Carbohydrates and protein are a good combination for this, so aim to include ~20g of good quality protein immediately post-exercise then don't forget to keep including it into meals and snacks to support ongoing recovery.

Adding a banana to your protein adds carbohydrates and other nutrients making it more of a complete recovery smoothie. It also adds sweetness and makes it super creamy if your banana is frozen.

PURE Whey Protein is made with all natural flavourings like cacao from organic cacao beans that are cold-pressed and milled into a fine powder. Cacao contains naturally occurring essential minerals and provides a smooth chocolate taste.

Organic raw vanilla bean powder, made from 100% pure ground vanilla beans sourced from South Pacific islands containing no preservatives or fillers, combined with ceylon cinnamon gives our vanilla protein its smooth flavour.
