We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders next business day. Occasionally there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or periods of high demand where this is not possible.
New Zealand delivery
FREE New Zealand delivery for orders over $69.00 NZD. A delivery fee of $3.99 applies to orders under $69.00.
Orders delivered within New Zealand are sent via Courier Post tracked service. Delivery must be to a physical address - parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags.
Target delivery time: 3-5 business days. Allow additional time for rural addresses.
Australia delivery
Delivery is FREE for Australian orders over $69.00 AUD. A delivery fee of $19.99 applies to orders under $69.00
Orders delivered within Australia are sent via Australia Post eParcel signature required tracked service.
Target delivery time: 5-12 business days
All orders are sent with 'signature required'. We strongly recommend that you use a business delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.
You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for.
Customers can manage their delivery through their Australia Post account.
Rest of World shipping
All orders to rest of world are sent with DHL Express. Rest of world shpping charges will be displayed during the checkout.
For rest of world orders, you may be liable for local duties & taxes.

Returns
PURE Sports Nutrition strives to offer only the highest quality products available and strives to provide the best service possible and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please return it to us within 60 days of purchase and we will replace the product, or suggest an alternative. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returns.
Risk & Responsibility
Unfortunately PURE Sports Nutrition cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once your order has been collected by our courier. You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.
