Shipping

Shipping is FREE to Australia for orders over $89 and New Zealand locations for orders over $69. NZ orders under $69 have a $3.99 shipping fee. AU orders under $89.99 have a $14.99 shipping fee.

Next day / Express delivery options are also available at an additional charge. These charges are displayed during the checkout process.

We ship to most countries, to see if we ship to your location and to calculate shipping costs head to the checkout and enter your delivery address.

New Zealand orders are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. A Next Day delivery option is also available.

Australian orders are typically delivered in 5-12 business days. An express delivery option (3 business days) is also available.

Rest of world orders are typically delivered in 7-21 days.

All orders are sent via a tracked service, We'll email you tracking number and link when your order is dispatched. Use this link to track your order.

Couriers handle delivery once in transit, but if it's delayed, you'll have tracking info. For issues contact sales@puresportsnutrition.com and we’ll assist.

No. For orders outside NZ and Australia, you may be liable for import duties and taxes, which are not included in your total at checkout.

Returns, changes & cancellations

Once placed, orders are processed quickly (usually the same day or next business day), so changes or cancellations may not be possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us ASAP.

We offer a 60‑day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with a product, return it for a refund, replacement, or alternative.

If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we cover shipping. Otherwise, customers must pay for the return postage.

Once received, we’ll process refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Allergy & nutritional information

Yes, all of our products are gluten free

No, not all products are dairy free. Please refer to the ingredient and nutritional information on each product.

Many products in our range are vegan friendly, these are marked as 'vegan friendly' on the product page. Please note honey gels, Endurance Formula, Whey Protein and Exercise Recovery products are not vegan friendly.

No. Generally sports nutrition isn’t specifically relevant to a paleo diet as this type of diet avoids added sugar and salt which is the basis of endurance products.

Our products are regularly used by diabetics, under prescription/guidance by their health professional.

We advise that you seek a doctors approval first but our products are usually approved as they have no nasty additives.

As a general rule children do not need additional energy and we support a food first approach. Our products may be appropriate for older children who are high performance athletes, please consult your health professional.

Product quality

A selection of gels incurred a production issue which has affected the quality of the gel. While this is not a food safety issue, please contact us for replacement and refund.
