DIRECTIONS: Mix one sachet with 200ml of skim milk or water. Shake well. Try blending PURE Whey Protein with yogurt, fruit & berries to make a delicious smoothie.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 - 3 servings per day depending on your diet and activity level. Use 60 – 90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. Also great for a morning or afternoon snack, or when additional protein is needed in your diet.

Great protein, bag could improve for daily use.

The taste is great and the ingredients list is short. The only thing that could be improved is the seal on the bag could be larger. It is difficult to close properly with ease.

Not so sure about this.. flavours haven’t wowed me yet… it’s quite thick and hard to drink, not what one feels like after a long a ride but I think it is helping recovery.
