Dried Coconut Water Powder (53%), Mineral Salts (Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Lactate, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Lemon Juice Powder (6%)* (Lemon Juice, Tapioca Dextrin), Natural Flavour, Natural Stevia Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid) (*equivalent to 40% as fresh lemon juice)

RECOMMENDED USE: Add 1 scoop (included) of powder for every 500ml of water and mix well. 500ml – 750ml per hour during exercise or when electrolytes are needed. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

Formulated with key electrolytes; PURE Electrolyte Hydration Low Carb helps to replace the electrolytes lost during exercise & sweating. In a performance context, all four electrolytes play a pivotal role in water balance, supporting the nervous system and functioning of muscles.

The benefit of being low carb means the hydration is more versatile and able to be used in times where we need to hydrate but may not need the added energy source from regular hydration.
