RECOMMENDED USE: Simply mix 3 lightly heaped tablespoons with 250ml water to ensure adequate fluid intake. Consume at least 3 – 4 hours before an event and for optimum results take daily as directed for 2 – 5 days before your planned event.

Avoid use of toothpaste, mouthwash or chewing gum at time of consumption as it may interfere with nitrate ingestion.

Noticeable results racing the Motatapu this year :)


Recommended by a friend but unfortunately didn’t work with my stomach. Didn’t like the taste. Nausea the first day trialling and vomiting the next. Recommend trialling well in advance of events.

Our Beet Endurance is 100% Concentrated beetroot juice. Beetroot may cause some people to experience an upset stomach, diarrhea or nausea. We recommend trialling in training. This is an amazing product. The benefits of beetroot juice in endurance events have been widely documented and Pure have created a product that is easy to consume and delicious. I’ve used this for multiple long distance runs and it makes a huge difference to stamina on the day.

Great for race week prep

After getting some pointers from some very useful marathoners (including a ex NZ champ), I knew I had to give beets a try. I took this for a week leading up to my marathon and managed to run a PB! PURE Beet endurance will definitely be part of all my marathon race prep from here on in!
