  • New Zealand Deliveries

    All orders for delivery within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier service via Post Haste or NZ Couriers.  Delivery must be to a physical address - parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags.

      Authority to Leave
      All parcels are sent with 'signature required'.  We strongly recommend that you use a business delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.  If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

      You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for, please note this in your order comments at checkout.

      Risk & Responsibility

      Unfortunately PURE Sports Nutrition cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once it has shipped with the courier.  You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel.  We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.

      International Deliveries

      Yes, we ship worldwide.  We also have regional online stores which can offer you faster delivery from our international locations: Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Middle East.

      All international shipments are sent with DHL Express.

        Target delivery time frames:

        • Australia (1-2 business days)
        • Rest of World (3 - 5 business days)

        Import Duties & Taxes

        We believe in a great customer experience, so all parcels are sent with local duties & taxes paid.

        Unfortunately PURE Sports Nutrition cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once it has shipped.  We will gladly assist with any shipment enquiries and help where we can. 

        In the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered or is lost in transit, we have a flexible replace or refund policy, on a case by case basis.
