This little 250ml soft flask has become my new best friend. I bought it for the QT half maratrhon, filling it with electrolytes to give me that little extra boost of energy whenever I needed it - no waiting for aid station locations! Convenient but difficult

Found the lid much harder than anticipated to actually get water out of, maybe it just needs to be worn in?
