PURE Fluid Energy Gels are a premium natural energy gel designed to provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way, using real ingredients, carbohydrates and electrolytes.

    Filtered Water, Maltodextrin, Organic Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavour (including Kola Nut Extract), Acidity Regulator (Phosphoric Acid), Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate), Caffeine.

    Supplemented Food: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine. This food is not a sole source of nutrition and should be used in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate exercise program.

    Warning: Children under 15 years & pregnant or lactating women should use only under medical or dietetic supervision.

    RECOMMENDED USE: Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.

    What is Batch Testing?

    At PURE we undertake regular batch testing of our products through HASTA who is the Australian sports supplement drug testing specialist, a division of Racing Analytical Services Limited (RASL), Australia’s largest independent sports drug testing laboratory.


    The HASTA sports supplement testing screen is amongst the most comprehensive of its type, covering over 200 WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) prohibited substances. Their sports supplement testing method is NATA accredited.

    We maintain control of every ingredient that goes into our ranges, with each product being made New Zealand, and the majority manufactured at PURE HQ, in our dedicated on-sight factory (Christchurch, New Zealand). Each of our prohibited substance tested products come with customised testing certificates.

    Been using these gels for years and never had any gut issues, from ironman triathlon to ultramarathons these go down easy (love the liquid form) and the tastes are great. My favourites are the Peach and Mango but any fruit one is awesome. Lots of flavour options to keep from flavour fatigue as well.
