Why, How Much & When?

Science tells us that consuming 30-60 grams + of carbs per hour (even higher in ultra endurance activities), within a session, will enhance performance. Although it may feel early, this should be started in the very first hour, ideally 10-15 min pre start.

PURE Energy Chews are designed to provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way. PURE Energy Chews are about 12mm in size and have a gummy texture which is soft to bite during exercise.

PURE Energy Chews have carbs in the form of maltodextrin, which is absorbed quickly and used as muscle fuel. Try taking 1-2 chews every 10 minutes, to evenly spread your fuel intake over each hour.
